location close to haram, but some issues noted
limited space scarce cleanliness
The room i booked felt cramped after an extra bed was added. Space became quite limited. cleanliness was also lacking. the window faced a dark, internal alley, not a pleasant view. i found myself having to ask repeatedly for basic services like fresh towels and toiletries.

the location is very close to the masjid. rooms had a decent size and were comfortable for sleeping. room service cleaned my room even for short stays.

Solid experience near the Haram!
great job convenient stay excellent location
Selim and Munna on the 13th floor did a great job. They definitely. The location is excellent. I appreciated the short five-minute walk to the Haram. The hotel's proximity to the ladies' gate, accessible via door 326, made access very easy.
The lifts were slow due to the crowded hotel. I sometimes experienced delays. The room was also a bit cramped.

The housekeeping team, including Omar Farooq, provided very professional service. I appreciated their attentiveness. The staff was quick to resolve any concerns. That contributed to a smooth stay! I was happy to receive prompt responses from the reception regarding all room requests.
